Pack It In, Pack It Out
Rule
The Pack it in, pack it out rule is plain, straightforward, and uncomplicated. You must carry out everything that was carried in, including all food, packaging, waste, and trash generated.
Near pristine rivers like the Tippecanoe River often present standout No Trace problems. There is no turn of events in which food or human waste is buried or left biodegrading. This waste is a significant eyesore and harmful to the environment through which it passes.
Human food is not healthy for animals. Their feeding cycles are discombobulated when they consume food processed for people containing preservatives. Animals would otherwise eat a nutritious diet found in their natural environment. Sickness or death can occur when animals consume food wrappers and indigestible items.
On the river, a portable toilet is the
standard No Trace practice. At Crawdaddy's, we offer a pop-up restroom/changing room tent and toilet that utilizes a personal portable waste bag, often called a WAG bag. Our Back-Country Latrine Kit contains a pop-up restroom tent, a portable toilet, a container for transporting human waste, and a toilet sanitation kit. Every customer is issued a waste bag, disposable urine bags, and a toiletries/sanitizer kit.
We are visitors to the river and do not dwell there. Our need for recreation does not outweigh the rights of the river and all of the plants, fish, birds, reptiles, and mammals who depend on it for survival. Crawdaddy's Coastguard champions their survival. As we aim to be stewards of the land, we ask that our customers be no-trace tubers by leaving a clean river and treading lightly to leave no sign of their passing.

Protect Your Phone!
On the Tippecanoe River, you can take the most magical pictures; just like magic, you can also lose your phone. A phone dropped in
the river not only takes more than a million years to decompose, but it will also decompose your social life. So please make an
effort to protect your phone and the river.
